Waiting for the release of stable version of Joomla 1.6 that includes a native ACL, i wrote this component that wants to be a supplement to the group management in Joomla 1.5 in order to manage user access to individual resources. The Joomla groups are extended and each user can belong to one or more groups. Each group defines one or more rules, each of which tends to assign the access rights to components, sections, categories and articles.
