There’s been plenty of criticism of an article suggesting that Windows 8 will be dead on arrival – but like the mythical cat, the answer to this one is all in the observation The other day, Steven Vaughn-Nichols published a piece on ZDNet giving “five reasons why Windows 8 will be dead on arrival” . I read the piece and thought he was spot on – not so much that Windows 8 will be DOA, but that he does a great job of enumerating the challenges that Microsoft has with Windows 8.
