Patent holder for in-app purchases rejects Apple’s warning letter and says it’s still due payment – and begins lawsuits Lodsys, a US company that claims to have patents that are being infringed by Apple app developers, has now filed lawsuits against a number of app developers – despite being warned off by Apple itself on 23 May .
