Not content with increasing the price of its data plans, AT&T apparently is planning to double the cost of upgrading your phone to $36 come this Sunday.
Since November another 400,000 people have started using Windows Phones where they’ve activated the embedded Facebook app. But when you put that into context against Android and Apple, it’s less good And just like that, Windows Phone has gained another 100,000 users.
